I'm very disappointed in this mattress. It is six months old and there is an indentsation in the middle of the mattress. I turn these mattresses every time I change my sheets. I am not a heavy person. I want some restitution and I want these mattresses replaced.

My new Serta Perfect Sleeper is already showing signs of body depression in the center of my mattress. I've only had it about 6 weeks and already my back is hurting again. Rotating it has not helped. My back and I am not impressed with this mattress.

This med firm mattress hugs my lower back. I felt it the moment I tried it at the store, after 1 year of searching.
For once, I didn't wake up from tossing and turning to get comfortable. I recommend this mattress for those with lower back issues.

Still adjusting to mattress. Comfort level not as great as with a serta Icomfort. There seems to be alot of squeaking noise and bouncing when I turn over or move. Have had 3 weeks.

I ordered a firm mattress and it feels more plush, and now less than a year after purchase, it lost all support around the edges, when I'm on the bed I can feel some of the innersprings, mattress definitely showing some indentation in certain areas.
Feels like cheap materials, was good and supporting for the first 3 months and it's all downhill since.
Disappointed and frustrated, never buying a Serta mattress ever again.

These hybrid mattresses are all too firm. The plush pillow top makes it feel a little less firm but my hips and back hurt from the overly firm mattress. I assume hybrid mattresses are the rage for the bed manufactures because they are cheaper to make and lighter than standard old school mattresses so cheaper to ship.

I have been sleeping on the floor on a 6" mattress with 3 eggshell foams added to it and still not comfortable. I've done this for over 10 years. My husband passed away and now I have my bedroom back with a new mattress. I have an extra firm, and it is great.
